I was so excited when I saw the previews for the Disney Designer collection. One of the items I was most excited for is this Colourpop Super Shock Shadow in So This Is Love:
I have never tried any eyeshadows from Colourpop before. This is my first order from them. When I first saw this eyeshadow I thought it might be a good choice for my wedding next year.
The colour is so pretty. You can see some sparkles in there. I feel like they could have done a pale, blue for this colour as well, but I like that this is a more wearable everyday shade. Online it says “this soft pink with a frosted finish is what makes life divine.”
I’ve never used Colourpop eyeshadows before but they sound very interesting. Online it says they have a unique texture:
“Our revolutionary creme-powder eyeshadow, famous for its unique bouncy texture, delivers bold metallic foiled colour in one swipe without creasing, fading or fallout.”
The packaging is absolutely perfect. I love the gold and the stars and the Cinderella castle on the front. It has that perfect Disney feeling. I can’t believe this was only US $5.
I really hope they expand this collection. They only did five princesses (Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine and Tiana). There’s so much more they can do. I checked online and the collection is sold out so there is clearly an appetite for it.
