Here’s my collection of earrings that I keep at work. I have been an earring girl for a really long time. I have almost no other jewelry aside from my engagement ring.

I think I have a nice mix of metals, sizes and shapes. I’m pretty good about only buying earrings that look significantly different from anything else I own. there’s a nice mix of old and new, as well as cheap and expensive. I love and wear all 6 of these pairs.

This is my oldest pair of the lot. I was given these for my 20th birthday (I’m now 24). I believe they were from H&M. I love them. They are very powerful looking with the sharp triangle and the black and diamonds. I like to wear them to important meetings and interviews.

This is my newest pair. They are from Simon’s and I bought them only a week or two ago. I believe they were around $12. The size and shape is very flattering. They remind me or pirate’s treasure with the wax stamp design in the gold. There was a matching necklace I didn’t buy.

These earrings I bought in Thailand last Christmas. I thought they were really Christmassy looking. Like little snowflakes. It’s actually a small ball of beads. These can actually sting a little when I put them in. Not sure if it’s an allergy or something. I wear them anyway.

These earrings are also quite new. My friend used to work at Swarovski years ago and they gave her lots of discounted jewelry. She has decided to sell off all the pieces she doesn’t wear. I gave her a $20 for these. I’m sure they are worth a lot more. They feel like really good quality. They are quite small but the purple really pops. I think I will wear these more when I change my hair colour, The blue and purple can clash.

I bought these simple white bead earrings from Saks 5th Avenue. They are super simple looking but they really pop against dark hair. The length is flattering and they were under $20. I like to wear these on more casual days.

A simple pearl earring is so classic and elegant. They make you look put together but also like you didn’t try to hard. I love effortless fashion. I don’t remember where I got these. I might have stolen them from my mother. I think every girl should own a pear.
